Sorry, I'm sure its a language thing, but I really don't know what you need/what your problem is...
Can you rephrase your question?
cheers
Alex (not native english speaking...)

Not really sure what your asking here... are you asking how to build a homemade one? There are some great jigs for this around and a great site for extruded aluminum to make on like the Stew Mac binding jig is 80/20® Inc. - The Industrial Erector Set® and you can get cheap stuff from their ebay auctions.

Sorry-English is my only real language. But I would need to be sure of your location before I could have a sense of your particular options. I use a compact dinosaur of a pin router-not exciting but for what we do, I believe it is ideal. EDIT: The middle photo shows it as it ended up in final configuration. The lower router is a 3.25 HP. and I use pins shaped like straight router bits as the lower guide pin. The table is Jessem and when being used as a conventional router table, it has a Jessem fence too.

My "trick" for aligning top router with "guide pin" below---I have small pieces of tubing with inside diameter that match pin and bit. I slide the tubing over the lower and can adjust table so that the cutting bit nicely dops into the little tube-lock it down, remove tube and ready to rock. Dust control is lousy but we try.

So, then, are you considering a non-powered plunge-something like my old Shopsmith? Power ones, [google "shopfox"] use electricity and pneumatic control. Industrial ones are dual powered too and weigh nearly 4kg.

Thank you, this really good. Would be very expensive only to bring in onto Hungary. I would need some cheaper solution
