Nice Les Paul, but what's the officer back there staring at? He looks like he have seen something very scary. :shock:

First and only. Since the pic was taken I put on black/chrome reflector knobs which classed it up a little. Hope to have another some day soon!

I know the Studio is one of the lower end Gibson but it still plays good, right?
I might start with a Studio....

I might start with a Studio....

If you call having no binding or headstock inlay "low end" then it's low end (compared to say a Standard - ok the "old" standard). It's not like it comes with a $10 gig-bag or something. Oh yes it's still a rip roaring Gibson my friend. :)

Here's my first Gibson LP I bought new back in 1978 for $300. It's a Double Cut Special that had P90's but was routed out for humbuckers back in the 80's. Right now it's got a set of Gibson pickups from an LP Classic and it rips. Still in great shape and still plays great.
