can someone please show how to take em off

You take out the pickup and just use a razor blade to cut the solder, and it should just come right off.

then if the pickup is wax potted, use a hair dryer to melt the excess wax and clean it off with a rag............

If it's an Epi pickup be prepared to spend a ton of time getting the excess wax cleaned off.
