Pick guard for 91 studio

Changing my studio over to cream plastics and the only problem is the pick guard hole does not line up with the new pick guard. It would take sanding the pickguard and making the gaps for the pick up rings wider to get to screw hole. Would a historic part be a better fit?

The hole spacing is 2mm off at allparts...people on this site(mylespaul.com) have way more experience than me so I would trust them...prolly some own a 91 studio

Measure from screw hole center to screw hold center
