Pedal Help

I am looking for some advice on a pedal. What overdrive sounds best with a plexi style amp? Plexitone?Xotic?Kalamazoo?Klon?

All of those would be good. TS808 or TS9 too. Personal taste thing, really.

Got any way of trying them out?

I would ask do you want the pedal to just give you 'more' of your amp or significantly colour the tone in a different way?

If you just want 'more' of your amp, then a klon clone (Rockett Archer) or Keeley Katanas would be a good bet.

If you want significant colouration there are a million different drives out there!
