I was looking at his guitar and I heared the neck was very wide. How wide is wide because it looks pretty sweet.. So has anyone ever played one so I can get a review?
I'd Either the get the faded studio or that.

I think I have seen one...It kind of looks like an Iceman doesn't it?
Gilbert has huge hands too, so perhaps that explains the neck.

Upside down Iceman shape....afaik nut-width should be the same as any other Ibanez....maybe feels "wide" due to the thin profile!!

It does indeed appear to have a fairly beefy neck compared to other ibanez guitars.

the neck width on 'em is wider than a gibby, but similar to other Ibbys, just a bit wider maybe..

However.. the thickness is REALY beefy or an Ibby however its less of a taper in thickness than my LP 50's.. both are similar at the 12th, but believe it or not.. the ibby is thicker at the first!!

I LIKE the Fireman neck actually.. but... most "shredder" guys dont

I've been considering one of these for a while now, they seem like they can get a tone somewhere in between a Strat and a Les Paul.... beefier than a Strat but not as big as an LP.

Apparently he just uses whatever Marshalls are local at rental shops except for when he can get easy access to his own collection.
