order from small bear..

so i ordered some stuff from small bear to do the all seeing eye and ultra mods to a boss ds-1.. checking on the order status, it doesn't say that it has been shipped.. i ordered it a week ago.. does anybody know how long it takes them to ship their orders??

Email them. I've had it take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks before orders ship.

i emailed them this afternoon.. they emailed me back early this evening, saying they have been backed up on orders.. but they are putting my order in the mail tonight, and upgrading it to priority mail for free.. have to say... pretty good on the customer service there... not quite sure where they are located...

Sometimes they get backed up with the sheer number of orders they get. Keep in mind though, they are a small manned operation so there is a little give and take with the cost savings you get and the S/H turnaround sometimes. i'm sure my recent order of $300 didn't help matters much. That was about a week ago. After I placed the huge order for the MLP Boost project parts, it took about 3 weeks to show up.

If you need the parts quickly, try Mouser. Shipping will be higher but they ship next day in just about all cases.

I've ordered from SmallBear a few times. Their customer service has always been top notch. They've even gone as far as to separate resistors by value and mark the bags for me to accommodate my color-blindness at no extra charge.

I don't suppose you still have the order list or anything like that do you?

I need the same parts for the mod but I have the hardest time sourcing parts from those places and it would be great if I had a list with the item #s already compiled.

If I had known anybody else here were doing the mod I would have gone in on it with you and split the usually crazy shipping charges

i opted for green led's.. and i got two so i can replace the stock led in the pedal itself.. it's worth noting that small bear uses m instead of u for micro for some reason..
