I have a rather large in-store credit at Sweetwater and I'm trying to decide between these two exact guitars. Both are 60s Standards and both weigh about the same. Decisions, decisions...

Have you been able to try them? My Unburst 60s (made November '19 and bought sight unseen in March) weighs in at 9lb 10oz so that might be a concern for you. Personally I love it, as I wanted the "full-fat" experience from my first LP. But be prepared to budget an extra hundred bucks for a padded strap! Either of these would be a great choice, but it's Unburst all the way for me. HNGD for when you get it!

Bourbon for me, but I love both colors. However I have 1 bourbon burst and 3 honeyburst, which is very close to the unburst IMO. There are a lot more guitars out there in a honeyburst type finish and not as many nice bourbons.

Definitely Bourbon...and look forward to seeing it up for sale at some point once you've upgraded it...maybe I wont be able to resist next time
