Tim Fezz here at my gateleg. A rare appearance from Tim Fezz from the homefront. I must address the audience. This is MY brand. Tim T can do photography, poetry, novels, soundtrack music >>>well LA DI DA! How nice. R+R is my domain . Why? Because I'm focused.

YES NICE BUNT BY VICTORINo. I love a nice bunt. Baseball is not R+R! In baseball you team play. You sacrifice yourself for the good of the team>NOT EGO!

R+R is about bluster. I'm not ashamed to say this. Musical talent gets you SO far. Style +Hype go MILES.

Snowy White vs Mick Mars- Who has more coin? I would guess Mick. Snowy is the BEST second guitarist going. A team player. Mick is a SUPERSTAR. The guitarist for the Motley.:dude: Talent wise? Who knows. I'm not fully versed in Snowy's solo stuff. Can he write? Mick writes TASTY stuff. I know Nikki writes most of it still, Mick has to fill in the sounds.

Snowy wears khakis. He looks like a father. Mick? Looks like a DEVIL man. Gaunt and bent. Really in pain. Kids love the gothic. A satanic Mick Mars shirt or banker dad shirt? Do I have to tell you.

R+R is about arrested development. Most of us fall in love with it in our teens. I did. 1977 sealed my fate. LOVEGUN! Yes.

I was pre-teen grooving to Bowie and Billy Joel>Early Billy ROCKS:dude: Then BAMMMMMM! Whiskers and ANGER! The joys of frustration. LoveGun had lurid blood inner sleeve. The music? It was polished R+R. Good production. Catchy leads. I STILL LOVE IT.

KISS IS A GREAT BRAND. Why? Brand recognition. Action figures. Cool name. Simple. Great stage show. Good solid music. During their heyday 75-78 A MONSTER! PURE GOLD! Bank it. Gene +Paul STILL RAKING in the nostalgia. People LOVE their youth. Their dreams were not dead. Thus I LOVE KISS! Are Kiss still vital? You tell me? I'm talking about them. It is 2012. They still push popcorn. A LIFETIME IN R+R.

Hey Paul milk that CASH COW! Do I blame him? NO WAY. He worked for every cent. He Ya Philly Do Ya Like Ah My Cold A Gin? Yes we do. I cashed in my chips and saw OLD MAN KISS Reunited. 1998? 1999? I forget. They had HUGE baloon members floating outside the VERIZON Center.

Verizon Center? WHAT CRAP. The Spectrum ruled. Dirty and raw.HOT YOUNG GIRLS CRYING. Mascara and ludes. R+R.

This was corporate.

I went in. I went with Vince Desire. I had an Xtra ticket, Vince LOVED Alice+Iggy. He dug the show. It was FLUFF> GOOD FLUFF. If I closed my eyes it could have been 1978.

OH CRAP. The wife wants to watch TRUE Blood. I better switch it off.

What are you writing?
More poetry.
Any good?
Is it making us money?
No.
Then it is no good, but I'm so happy. I'm in love. Love is sweet. Hot chocolate. YES! YES!Oh wait. Stop the FEZZING> Must be Tim T

Turn up the volume at the start of the video to catch the Fender Rhodes intro. Some outrageous guitar playin' starts at 2:25...

I am not a Kiss fan. But to deny their appeal and their brand marketability would be idiocy.
They have something to sell.

However, something I think is funny is when band hardly has a 'hit' song, much less any recognizable faces or characters and they are branding clothes, vodka, tampons, diapers.....
