I have many Italia, they are great, but I can't believe how expensive they are now. They used to have two for $60 deals. A Moody I have is thin and meh but looks cool.

Any 4" wide leather strap should do the trick if the guitar is too heavy for you.

Stones music GSL-5 link strap. Feels like a suspension system than a strap.

Yes the prizes shocked me haha. Got mine for about 20€ including shipping second hand. Looked them up as these are awesome straps. Not in my budget but happy with the one i have.

I have a few Italia straps for my heavy LPs, which are great fantastic straps

Little stiff at first but highly recommend

Levy's MSS2-4 is my favorite strap, currently. I also use their No1 Stretch but it isn't nearly as good. That MSS2 is a 4.5 inch padded strap

Billy Sheehan seems like such an interesting guy, but it's hard to reconcile with him also being in a cult.
Oh well he is not that smart than :dunno:
Lucky he is more into talking bass and food on his Facebook accounts i follow. Did not know to be honest.

I like the padded neoprene ones made by Strapp. Bought two of them at GC. If you prefer leather ones, try this: a lot of players attach the wide end of the strap to the tail of the guitar. With my leather straps I attach the narrow end to the tail so the wider part of the strap is over my left shoulder. Seems to spread the weight out more comfortably.

My sister makes custom straps, they are not cheap but they are of excellent quality. One of her biggest customers is Zack Brown, he must have several dozen of them. Gary Rossington, Ricky Medlock, and Mark "Sparky" Matejka from Lynyrd Skynyrd have some.
