I posted in the LPF that all members are encouraged to stop by the MLP booth. This should be a lot of fun meeting members face to face from both forums.

I'm all loaded in as of last night. My brother has his stuff all
set up. "Upfront Guitars". I looked for the MLP but saw none
but I guess I missed you.
It is Saturday morning now. Gettin' food and heading over.
Look forward to meeting you guys when I break from selling
(we hope) gear. I wanna meet Greg!

I was REALLY hoping to at least make it on Sunday, but it just isn't going to pan out. I'm just starting hour 21 of a 24 hr shift, and tomorrow I'll have all 3 munchkins by myself while the boss lady is working. Looks like another "maybe next time" for me.

The MLP booth was massive today!!! There's another table that this photo doesn't even show.

After a quick visit at the show and must say that I really enjoyed meeting everyone from the forum. I wish I had more time, but will at the next show. Artie you are a class act and really are wonderful to put up the booth for all of us to show our guitars and be able to walk around. Jeff, it was great to finally meet you, the gentle giant and caring guy that you always are. HillBilly Burst lives up to it's rep. Frank, really enjoyed to meet you and your wonderful guitars. His 55 GoldTop is light as a feather, and of course his 59 Burst a Lovely lady. His mini doublecut jr. is off the hook. There were some really nice Braz aged Historic at the table and some fine Replica's. A converted 56-57 too was very light a cool. Eric Ernest, you exemplify the type of attitude that is much wanted in the guitar sale/vintage market, great story teller Hint Hint. To everyone else that I met, thank you for being kind and friendly, that is what's needed from forum Bro's.

The show had a really nice collection of Vintage guitars from all makes. There was a really nice row of 58-60 Blond ES guitars. The 330 was beautiful. Great strats, teles, and anything you could think of. I liked several of the older Gibson acoustics at the different booths. Saw a 59 ES335 I liked. The 59 Custom was really nice too. There were plenty of Goldtops to keep me happy. I probably could have used another hour to look at everything. All in all a fun time.
