Stopped into my local shop today to pick up a few odds and ends and walked out with a new MXR 70th Annv. Hendrix Octavio. 
I'm really liking this pedal so far. I've always loved Jimi's tone on "Who Knows" and am having a blast copping it. I'm actually very impressed with the fuzz tone of this box, as well. I always assumed they were really only useful for the octave up effect but it also sounds great with the Fuzz level cranked.
It's a very touch sensitive pedal, which is cool in that you can vary the amount of "octave up" you get by adjusting how much signal you're giving it.
This is a impulse buy I don't see regretting anytime soon.
