Hi all,

Been reading for years but did not want to join without first buying an LP. Paying membership so to speak.
Strat is usually my weapon of choice but it was time to gift myself with an LP.
Had an LP Traditional 2012 I think it was honey burst but that guitar is long gone.

This time, ebony. I am not very impressed with AA bursts in EU so decided to go ebony. Just looks very sleek, even more so IMO with pick guard off. Most in the shop were around 4,5 -4.7 kg which is not my cup of joe but found this one and it weighs 4,2kg.
Ebony was small series order for the store.

Guitar is really nicely done, but also my 2012 was great so they seem on par in qc department. Just heavier but not by much.

I also bought ES 335 Blues Burst from 2018 and waiting for the delivery.
I exchanged it for my Xotic Strat, great guitar but could not connect with it somehow. ES had another go on a Plek, so can’t wait to get it.

Looking forward to participate (legit now with two Gibson).

Absolutely badass….
standard 50s are perfect guitars…

there is nothing on earth like a new les Paul…the smell when opening the case and the feel of a new neck is so wonderful

glad you re-joined the ranks of les Paul enthusiasts

and welcome [back] to the cult :h5:

Well done! It was all I could do not to pick one of these black exclusives up when they came out. The only thing holding me back is that I already had a '50s (goldtop).
I'm not a fan of figured tops so I typically go for solid colors (or plaintop bursts) and yours is pretty damn amazing looking. Congrats

Thanks all. I like fat Strat necks and this is right there but not the often mentioned baseball bat. Just perfect.

Black and chrome is just such a classic look. Cars, bikes, guitars, the list goes on. Congrats and happy NGD to you!

Congrats, very nice! It even has a nice dark rosewood fretboard to go with it.

I agree with you, the pickguard should come off. I only leave the pickguard on a Custom.
