I have finally gotten one.
My offer has been accepted and it should arrive from Japan in about 15-20 business days.
I wonder what the Customs are going to ding me…..
Anyhow….. it looks like 1991 made in Terrada, originally with Gibson pickups.
Let me know if I am wrong.

There was no description on sellers site and it was an impulse buy.
Looks like seller is a pawn shop selling all kind of junk.
650 good feedbacks (94.5% positive).

I am so glad it comes with whammy bar ;-)

I like the rougher looking customs, they wear well. Should be pretty killer if it’s been used that much too!

Yep, the ones with that kind of wear are diamonds in the rough.

I recently got a singlecut from Japan that also came with a whammy bar  It's a standard with nickel hardware and I got a gold whammy for a Floyd Rose as a bonus! I guess the Japanese like to store their spare whammies in the gigbags of the singlecuts.

I haven’t gotten any bonuses yet but so far I’ve been sticking with newer stuff, maybe once I start grabbing older ones I’ll luck out. :hmm:

I like the Fuji-gen Orvilles by and large, but some of the Teradas are also fine, and yours looks really nice. I hope that it proves to be as promising as it looks, because there are some variables in quality that show up. But 90s Orvilles can be really, really nice, and the "by Gibson" models are not necessarily better (except for the electronics, which are way better, though most swap 'em out anyway) but in my experience are rarely clunkers.
