Picked up a 2014 Gibson LP Traditional Pro II Gold Top yesterday, my third try at getting an LPTP that I can bond with. The honeymoon is really good :D
Super Bowl is tonight so I'll have to wait to take photos later. Here's a vid of a local jazz guitarist putting it through some paces in GC yesterday:

I have loved every trad pro I have ever played, and everyone I have owned. IMO one of the best les pauls money can buy.

Hum, 'lil Wes Montgomery there.

Really looks lovely! Congrats, HNGD :jam: and play her in good health!

Congratulations. I'm not sure how long the honeymoon is supposed to last with these, but I'm still on mine too. I really like being able to switch to single cool on it. Then back when I want some thunderous booming HB sounds.

I've had issues with two previous ones but this one is exactly what I was expecting and well worth the hunt.

Still on my honey moon with my 2014 Trad Pro II. I've been playing for almost 30 years and I've never played so much in my life, due to this guitar. It just keeps getting better every time I pick it up.

Congrats!

This one's a '60s profile but it's s-l-i-i-i-i-g-h-t-l-y thicker than the other two I owned, yet in a good way.
