I used to have a gold top one.

Yeah man. I am totally infatuated with it. I work from home. In my office trying to get things done and I just keep looking at it. Actually adjusted the blinds so the son catches the flame better lol. I'm pathetic.

The peeling on the nut is kind of expected because it's made out of Corian and it's a bit like trying to get lacquer to stick to Teflon. That's what makes it a great nut material, it's very smooth and slippery
