I hope it plays and sounds as good as it looks. The weight is an added bonus and definitely a plus point!

I can get why you would want to look for a Braz board but I do wonder what it would add over and above what this one already has...?

^ yes the guitar is truly special. I already bought the Braz version and they sound the same. Maybe it’s my vanity but I want to keep the Braz simply due to rarity :io:

Beautiful guitar. Still on the lookout for one. Anyone seen one with more fiddleback flame pattern and a neck near .89/1.00? They all seem to have the wide ribbon flame and a little more 60 type profile.

Nice, very nice. We have matching R9s



Mine is 8 lbs 11oz with the medallion and no pickguard. A bit heavier than yours.
