It is not a Les Paul but I like it

It feels really confortable, the pickups have a high output and the tone knob with that splitter and the no-tone for the "10th" position offers a great versatility.

Sweet! Congrats. Make me think of Adrian Smith's Jackson. Only yours is HH instead of SSH.

Exactly :)
I do like this finish. Give me a maple fingerboard and make me happy haha

Sad there are not so many LP models like that... I saw some being played by Zakk wylde but out of budget :D

HNGD! I love Charvels, lots of heavy metal/80s guitars are way too over the top for my taste but some of those So Cals or San Dimas look just right!

I'm in the finishing stages of putting a San Dimas together. I bought a MIJ 2011 body (Snow White) on eBay in Jan. I picked up a MIM Charvel neck a few weeks back & now I'm just waiting for my Floyd Rose to arrive (should be here Monday) and I'm all set. I love the Charvels and I cant wait to jam on it.

I'm also going to get a 2016 model this year too. It will be one of the So Cals. Either the Neon Pink or Specific Ocean... Maybe both.

BTW, congrats on the new guitar. It looks awesome. I'm glad they changed the pickup selector to like they are on Strats... That's a good move.

Never "too over the top" if we talk about 80s :slash:

Such a nice monster you are planning. Waiting already for your NGD post.

This is the new model with no load tone knob. I like this option, it gives more versatility...

Thanks!

Congrats man. I love some Charvel. I have a San Dimas Wildcard Ltd that is the best playing guitar I've ever owned or played. It is the last run of the USA models before they moved production to Japan. Also had a So Cal from the first MIJ run and it was a killer guitar also. Love the necks on these guitars. Enjoy!!
