Like a few others here, I've also purchased a 2020 Sweetwater Exclusive Les Paul AAA Top Standard 60's Lemonburst. Beautiful, IMHO. I'll say up front, I've already ordered new Fralin kups for it. Not a fan of the Burstbucker 61's. The new pickups with be vintage zebra cream/black. Those should arrive in a couple of weeks. I just love vintage zebras on lighter finishes like Lemonburst.
(I mentioned on here before that I had ordered it, with SW pictures.)

EDIT: The new pickups are in. Go to post #30 to see the guitar with the zebras.

I lived in Houston for 8 months doing work on minute maid park in 2017. If you ever go there my company painted a lot of the steel on the renovation.

I've been many times. Great ballpark. Hopefully you weren't here in July and/or August.

Congrats on picking up a real beauty! Surprised you don't like the 61's. I really like them. Aside from aesthetics, what don't you like about them?

The 61's FOR ME, have limited use. They sound very good clean, but dirty they are a bit muddy and thin, again, to my ears. Other Gibson pickups I've had, or have, are Burstbucker Pro's, 57 Classics, 500T, 490's, P90's. Plus, some 3rd party pickups like some sets of Seymour Duncan's, a set of Fralin's, etc. The 61's are just are just my least favorite pickup I have.
Also, I only play 60's - 70's classic rock, and blues. Nothing heavy or dark. So I am listening to the 61's in those worlds. People playing more modern music may absolutely love them.

My favorite pickups are the Fralin Pure PAF's in my Triburst. My second favorite are the SD Pearly Gates in my Gold Top. Tells you where I'm coming from. The zebras that I've ordered for this guitar are Fralin's too.

Beautiful Les Paul! You scored the Costa Rica case too I see. I purchased a new 50s Standard a week or so ago and received the China case. Both are great cases but I would have preferred the Costa Rica like yours :)

Very nice, Congrats! I like the top, that is beautiful. I don't think that is a AAA, it should have more flames for an AAA, but still very beautiful none the less.

Edit: I changed my mind after looking through this again, that is definitely a AAA top.
