After a while being on the fence for a chunky R8, I think now I've found my one, a beautiful (for me) 2016 R8 Lemon Burst VOS, and I pull the trigger. Here some previews, I'll post my pictures when it will arrive at home... next week.

No fricking way to find such kind of tops over here, honestly. I've been searching a good R8 deal for a while now, and apart R9s, was really hard to find a cool top on a R8, over local stores. As honestly I didn't find any particular neck randomness between those I tried myself, I pulled the trigger for a online deal.

So yeah, these are my friends at Thomann germany, but this was an unlisted guitar, just arrived...which has been managed in the backstage (if you want prime guitars they are awesome supporting you with specific needs).. The pictures are coming from their workbench.

Allright, thanks for the info. I'll be sure to keep that modus operandi in mind when my GAS strikes back (R8 lemon with nice grain, flecks and a very dark board.... Yours actually ticks most of my boxes )

2016 R8 often have great texture....

this is mine.

I bought it in a shop in milan ( italy ) with a great discount too .. it was a two days special sale, so I was able to play it first.

but I agree thomann has a great service.
