Thanks, I'll take a back shot tomorrow, it is getting dark now. I made it over to a side shot today though. Guard off, OTPGs and some nice M-69 repros that came with them in. I am not sure what brand. She is going to stay like that though I may put on a zinc tailpiece to see how that changes the tone. Flame really pops from this angle, this is with the sun reflected off of a nearby hi-rise into my window:

she looks so much better with those nice pickup covers....

really like Japan, had there been about ten times from '79 on. Ochanomizu was the place to go in those times...

Thanks, I am still very happy with this one and have no thoughts of the "next" reissue but will probably still buy some more cheaper LP copies here in Japan.

The guard is on and the OTPG covers off now. The neck is large enough and measures just under 1" behind the 11th fret. Plays great even with low action.
