I like to add to mdubya and ginger beer's comments and say that since I got my new 335 last year (2014 model), I have not played my other guitars much at all.

Enjoy!

Yeah this may be the gas cure. I know it's a standard 335 but there doesn't seem to be many for sale out there (2011's) when I was researching the value I came across one on reverb for sale. It was a burst with a neck repair....get this same serial number except for the last digit, one guitar away lol. Anyone know about the burst on mine? It's not a teardrop....I guess it's a rimburst, like on a Casino.

I'm not sure there is a cure for GAS, you probably need a good SG to round out your stable. :D

Maybe not as pronounced as yours, but mine is not a teardrop burst either.

As far as gas goes...... I have a Custom Shop Firebird and a Custom Shop ES 330, as well as a pair of SG's and an tweaked up Epi Sheraton. I don't have enough time to give them all the attention they command, so I am truly pleased with my current stable. The Firebird is a real monster and the 330 is perfect and beautiful. I feel almost guilty. :) Been playing the 335 for the last few weeks, uninterrupted, though.
