I recently discovered this harder to find USA made Strat series and got this one in today, my second now and they are great guitars! Solid as a rock, super versatile and lots of fun to play. Fender has a lot of tremolo equipped issues out there but finding a USA with an OFR is tougher than I thought it would be. I'm not 100% clear on the years they were made, first from 1992 as Floyd Rose Classic until around 2000 when they changed the name to Floyd Rose Special or something like that and went for a couple more years. Lots of Strats have been modded to have a Floyd on them but these are from the factory as is the H-S-S pickup configuration. I love the Vintage White finish on this one, kind of has a classic/modern ying-yang thing going on and the guitar is in very good shape. A new set of strings and she'll be ready to rock in full very shortly.

Not really my thing when it comes to Strats, but congratulations! If it's what you wanted and makes you happy, then that's all that counts! :dude:

I used to hate that color, but the more and more I see it, it grows on me. Just my $0.02, but I think it would look killer with a mint pickguard!
