While having a true 59 burst in my collection would certainly bring me great joy. I just don't know whether there would be a difference as a player for you. I'm not saying there is or isn't, I'm just wondering out loud. I can imagine Kim doing something amazing to my JPP or my R0 and I wonder whether a real 59 is better. It will clearly be different, but is it better?

Yeah, Kim does great work. I must tell you that I had my first show with JPP247 on Friday and man that guitar screamed. I was able to get a range of sounds out of the Marshall with just the volume controls and switching pickups where I was switching from clean to dirty channels so much less than I have in the past.

I gotta tell you that guitar has become my number one. I absolutely love the neck, and she can scream without being shrill and be warm and clean at the flick of a switch. It really is a tremendous guitar and I'm totally loving it! Thanks, Jeff!

True! But with them rarely coming up for sale, it isn't too early to start the hunt! The neck on this one is just right. depth, shoulders, etc....and it really does feel light to me. With the aging and the fact that it is 10 years old, it really feels like a vintage LP
