NGD 1987 Gibson Les Paul Custom

My newest addition, and my second Les Paul aside from my studio. The pictures are a bit misleading, it is a lovely yellow color . One of the previous owners wore a black shirt quite a bit, and as you can tell it bled onto the guitar a bit.

I picked it up for 1900 at the end of the day. I thought it was a fairly decent price.

Very nice guitar! Good price too! I'm digging that black rub off. I seriously don't understand why anyone would buy a brand new Les Paul. Used ones just have so much more character with a story behind them ya know? I always like to imagine the life my Pauls had before I obtained them. Nice grab buddy

Yes that is a nice guitar, congrats. I am also digging the black rub off like GibsonFan said, it does give a story to be told. Does it way less than your other LP?

It is a good bit heavier than my 2006 studio, and I have to say I rather prefer the heavier guitar now that I own one.
