Killer guitar of course!

Something about those 67s...I remember visiting a guitar shop down in San Diego when I was a kid with my dad. We were shopping for my first guitar and I wanted it to be an SG. I remember seeing a '67 Standard at a shop on the blvd and it looked just like this one - super heavy, flaky checking all over it - a really great look. Ended up with a '79 'The SG' which was a great guitar, but I do remember that Standard. Freedom guitar also had a '69 with a bent tuner but otherwise near mint for $2k.

That one '67 was $1700 back then. They've gone up a bit, haven't they? :laugh2:
