Valera Vaschenko is an old world master luthier. Valery builds and assembles each guitar and provides awesome build photos as it progresses. This is basically a 59LP but a few changes such as the ebony fret board.

KILLER BUILD! Valery is really a master luthier, his wood working is so cool to watch and behold. One thing I’d say though, I don’t like his finishes, the color was a bit odd on my guitar, too much yellow toner used etc. also the finish was really thick on the binding, which I did not care for. Maybe he’s improved since I ordered mine. I sent it to historic makeovers and got a good thin finish out on it...truth be told it was one of the better sounding Les Pauls I’ve owned. The fact that he takes photos of whole process is wonderful.

I am a Vaschenkoholic, this will be my 6th guitar. Valery started to wind his own pickups for clients upon request and they are gorgeous and sound as good as they look. Here is the set on my last build, I went with the Maple and Ebony combo in a Zebra pattern, various wood bobbins are available:
