"New" Monster Top 2013 R9 - Let's See More From 2013!

Hi Folks - Wanted to share a "new" guitar that I got yesterday. I owned this one years ago and regretfully sold it to purchase a vintage guitar. Luckily it boomeranged back into the collection and I could not be happier. It's a 2013 R9. This seems to be a great year for some "big tops" -- Would love to see some others. Cheers!

Well you chopped in the name of a worthy cause, and, you got it back. The 2013 R9 I sold in 2021 still haunts me, it had that vocal quality people talk about, and I didn’t realise that its quite rare for it to be so prominent, it also had a perfectly sawm straight grained neck and it was fat, no idea if that was why it sounded the way it did.
