If people buy "fakes", somebody will sell them!

It's up to manufacturers to bring them to court for infringement of intellectual or copy rights. But then, it will cost manufacturers to defend their rights. I read that the big three US guitar companies filed suit in China to stop "fakes"... but somebody else will make/sell "fakes".
