Hi,
I finally finished an LP kit.
Quite pleased!
Bought the kit from China. I tinted it black then sanded back and the re-tinted it with what was meant to be mahogany tint but it was red.
I had some old SD Antiquities and Tonepros bridge and Resomax tai piece.
Bought a Vintage-modern harness from fellow forum member Jonesy.
Just got it back from the shop where they did set up and fret dress....
So a new LP for around $500
Varnished it with Tried and True polymerized linseed oil and beeswax matt finish from Stewmac....
Might not sound as good as the real thing but I bet it's close!
