Looks more like a 1998 rather than a 2008 based on the inlay color (slight green but not snot green like the post 2000 classics, 1960 pickguard. I assumed the exposed pickups were 496/500.

Date on the headstone states 2008. I believe that you are correct with the pickups. They appear stock.
