Not all original but I got a good deal on it.

Very Nice! Original PUPs? Bridge and knobs seem incorrect, everything else looks legit to me! HNGD!

Yes the tuners, knobs bridge and the pick guard are wrong. But the pick ups are T-Tops.

Interesting LPC. What are the date codes on the pots?. The pup rings and pick guard don't look right either. It is not out of the normal to see these older LPC modified thought.

Yes the p/u rings are wrong too. When I get some time I'm gonna get it fully disassembled and investigate all aspects as I usually do. It's definitely a '74 though. It has the Anniversary inlay at the 15th fret.

Nice! A Custom is still a Custom even with a few replacement parts. Hell, it is a '74, parts get old and crack....rock on!!:applause:

Nice one, congrats! :dude:

How do you like the tone?

Honestly, not enough time to enjoy yet and get familiar with the nuances. I did give it a quick test just to make sure the pickups are real. When plugged into a Plexi you can definitely get the T-top experience.

pheeeeeewwww...

Thats a nice, nice looking gem there! I like the color! It almost looks like goldburst. And it really looks very clean and minty.

I vote for more PICTURES! :thumb:

Yeah, I love the cherry bursts when they're not bright and have a bit of a faded look. It just rocks! :dude:

It actually looks like it's been over sprayed so the color looks very strange in person. I'll try and get some pictures that can do justice.

The depth of your LPC's finish kind of reminds me of my 85 LPC's finish. Mine's an 85 tobacco burst, but the depth, fading and blending of the two colors look very similar. I love it! :dude:
