Not sure what's worse. The dog yelping and writhing in pain, or the cop just nonchalantly walking up to the guy after as if he didn't just shoot his dog in the face. Fucking brutal!

He's a K-9 officer on top of that. Was I should say, he was fired. he should be prosecuted. I support law enforcement, I'm not some whiny Liberal always crying about the police. That officer had no reason to shoot that dog, his life wan't in danger and it was unnecessary.

A charging pit bull or doberman maybe but that dog? He did it because the owner wasn't complying with the officer's request which isn't illegal on your property and you can refuse to speak with him and request a supervisor. There were many other ways for this officer to handle this and he failed.

Chihuahuas are yappy, defensive, and curious.. it did absolutely nothing to pose a threat, what a total piece of shit.

Scariest part is, the asshole shoots.. holsters his weapon.. and doesn’t even look down at the dog as it’s writhing in absolute agony..

That, is a grade A psychopath. Glad his department did the right thing and he’s not a cop anymore. But I think he should face some severe animal cruelty charges.
But another agency is hiring him, in Virginia. Just like other assholes in the past, this asshole will hop from one "law" job to another. He likes the "power".

I started to watch it and stopped. I do not wanna to see it. You can only imagine that this guy will end up hurting someone else before he's gone.

This happened here, a bit over 10 years ago.

Oklahoma Police Kill 5-Year Old Boy While Shooting at Snake

"Austin Haley was fishing with his grandfather, Jack Tracy, Friday evening when Tracy said he heard a shot and saw a bullet hit the water just a few feet in front of the boat dock where he was standing.

Moments later, a second shot was fired that hit Austin in the head.

A Noble police officer who had responded to a report of a snake in a tree apparently fired the deadly shot while trying to kill the snake, according to City Manager Bob Wade."

Little rat bastids could rip your throat out if you were bad drunk and stood on a chair and fell and hit your head on something and were unconscious on the floor for days and days and days because they could finally reach your throat and have enough time to gnaw through the skin of your throat...You'd probably be dead by next weekend... Ruthless little rat bastids.... Some kind of alien attack critter experiment that went to shit...

So, companies will view an applicants Facebook page, and deny employment based on their findings, even though it’s a “personal” social media site. And yet, they would ignore a viral video of an insane man that shoots innocent animals in the face?

Doesn’t surprise me anymore.. but seriously, when is this shit gonna stop?

In my work I've entered a lot of yards with dogs. You can usually guess their measure - and that pup wanted to play, not fight. Besides, I'm not fit - but I'm sure I could punt a 9lb dog over the neighbours fence. One swift kick (if necessary) would do it.

I'll tell you a true story, one I'm not proud of. I used to work out bush where there are a LOT of very large 'pigging' dogs. These things are huge, and vicious. They have to be to take down a boar. Anyway, I always had my OC (pepper) spray in hand when entering these yards - one good spray usually kept them off. I know people who have shot them - but I never had to (maybe I'm smarter, maybe I got lucky). Anyway I do my time out there and move into the city for a change. Working alone, first address I go to and a big black dog comes flying down the path (not barking - which can be a very bad sign). Instinct kicks in and I deftly pull my spray and give it a half second shot in the face. The dog almost backflips and yelps......

.......I then realise it's a black Labrador, not a Pitbull/Rottie etc as I'm conditioned to. I felt SO BAD. I apologised to the dog and the owner - I washed the dog's face and played ball with it for a bit after my business there had been conducted (serving papers). The dog and I were friends by the time I left. The owner and I....not so much :laugh2:

Well in that case the only one you needed to worry about was the dog. If the owner knew someone (you) was coming over, the dog should have been in the house.

I'm calling bullshit on several levels here. First, what we have in the video is ANOTHER case of someone being asked to do something by law enforcement, and not obliging. He SHOULD have called those yappy bastards in the house, of which he was apparently standing on the front porch, and went to the officer as instructed.

As for you owning small dogs and them "not wanting to attack".......god that drives me nuts. I always wonder why so many dog owners run under the assumption that everyone loves dogs. NEWS FLASH, THEY DON'T. And that's cute that YOU know the dog...."I" don't, so I have no idea what the stupid thing wants. I was doing my buddy a favor way back in High School, and had to collect on his paper route. I knock on the door, and some lady answers with her yappy, annoying dog (much like in the video) barking away. As she cracks the door to pay me, she says, "oh, he hates men"......little fucker gets out the door and starts munching my calf. I kicked that little shit so far, the Bears would have hired me for their next place kicker had they seen the footage. Probably would have been good from 30 yards. I HOPE I shattered it's jaw. If I had a gun at that time, it would have been history. Sorry lady, f#ck you, and f#ck your dog. Good times. LOL

Carry on.
Not interested in complying with anything a policeman who indiscriminately shoots lap dogs asks me to do- on my own property. He can come back with a warrant.

if someone shot my dog, it'd be the last thing they did.

https://katv.com/news/local/attorney-weighs-in-on-fired-faulkner-county-deputy-who-shot-dog-on-duty

“The biggest criminal charge that might be out there is the animal cruelty in Arkansas,” said attorney Clint Lancaster. “We have two animal cruelty statutes that are on point. One is a misdemeanor and one is a felony for aggravated animal cruelty. Either it's unlawful to shoot someone else's dog without permission; on the felony side it's unlawful to inflict pain, almost like a torturous type of event to the dog."

A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office on Monday said their email system had crashed due to the overwhelming amount of inquiries made regarding this incident.
