Howdy Xavier!

I've got an early Norlin ('69 LP Deluxe - P90's in stalled - 1 piece body, 3 piece neck, has been refinished). It is an amazing guitar. I also have an R8 (same as the R9 other than the plain top and possibly a bit thicker neck - they vary). I prefer the '69 as a player, I prefer its tone. For an all around "work horse," the R8 is great, though. Both are excellent instruments. If I could only keep one, it'd be the '69.
