Its total true; a lorry knocked him (Gary and the guitar) in the back...

i read the guitar was in the boot of the car when it got rear ended and apparently there was alot more damage than just the headstock .....i think there are repairs to the heal and neck

The entire neck came off, it was repaired at Charlie Chandlers work shop, Gary Moore said "the neck is held together with a steel bolt" You can just see the diagonal crack at the heel end in the pic's
