Need measurement for 63-65 SG Special pickup spacing

I have a mid 60's SG Special and need the pickup spacing measurements. I had to rout a replug from a Bad PAF rout. I would need the measurement from the end of the fretboard to dead center of the neck pickup and to dead center to the bridge pickup. And from each center point. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. The Pickguard was cut as well.
