Ok, thanks. Wow, I guess I learned something new! For the record, my original question was only meant to know why this particular guitar was deemed "lawsuit" by its owner. NOTHING MORE THAN THAT.
I wasn´t being snarky. I was curious as to why this guitar would be considered "lawsuit" or not. Pics of the tenon and electronics with no image of the headstock...well...it is not enough. If now "lawsuit guitar" means "copy of a Gibson guitar sporting an open book headstock", then my old Ibanez SG is also a "lawsuit guitar".
