My very first Les Paul standard 60s 2022

Yesterday i went to my local music store to try some electric guitars, and i fell in love with the last in the shop " Les Paul standard 60s", It sounds like heaven. The Salesman tried so hard to sell me a Fender stratocaster american professional ii (i ALMOST DID), but little voice inside me told me to pick up both the Gibson and Fender and compare them in the isolation room. After 5 mins of playing, the Salesman looked at me with confused face and said." i must admit, the Gibson les Paul sounds much better!" that statement alone convinced me to go back home with this masterpiece instument.

Indeed, when the luthier picked it up, he was surprised how light it is.

Its very confusing isnt it! tomorrow i ll buy a brand new scale to weight it again, it doesn't feel very heavy though!
