This is the instrument tracks for a song I wrote a long time ago (1997) and performed several times in Japan, I recorded a demo version of it 12 years ago and let the song sit for all this time.
I rerecorded all the music, and I will cut the vocal tracks soon and finish mastering it for the EP along with a couple of other songs and a live cover version of Green Manalishi. I cut the guitars from 4 parts down to 2 rhythm with the overdubbed lead solo, gave the track more punch and clarity. The digital studio also helped out over the old analog tape gear we used originally to demo it.
The guitar solo is at 2:23, I can shred when I want to but this is short and to the point, classic metal.
Any thoughts? You can compare it to the demo version on my youtube profile, name on there is SunburstJunkie
The guitars were tracked with my Orville Les Paul, through a Marshall Valvestate 1/2 stack.
All instruments are performed by me.
This is the guitar I wrote the song originally on, and have performed it every time on.
