How would you like to have this for christmas as a young lad.. :applause:

Ruger 10/22, 2 clips, 300 rounds of ammo, 22 mag scope, 3 throwing knives and a nice locking hard case..

Yeah he is in heaven. My boy likes guns. He is 13. He knows how to use a gun and likes to target shoot and hunt. He is awesome.. :thumb:

and just for the gun safety advocates.. This is how a gun rest at my house..

The Christmas I got my first .22 is hands down the best one ever. I was beside myself. Popped 2 squirrels and probably a dozen birds that day :laugh2:

Nice score.

I bought my first 10/22 carbine at a hardware store when I was 16.

It was hell on rats at the county dump.

Out here in Commiefornia you can't buy throwing knives like that. Nor high capacity magazines.

Guys in Salinas, CA (nearby) are still killing each other in droves anyway (they use big kitchen knives, etc). Last count, they don't use 10/22's with or without high capacity magazines) OR black rifles, either.

Wow!
Such a huuuge difference in gun culture compared with ours.
Not trying to start a debate, just realizing how we're worlds apart.

Some people here won't even buy a fake rifle for their children to play with.
Worlds apart.

Excellent choice! We love ours, working to get another one. Easy of operation and reliable, perfect choice.

Same. I wish I had a Dad like the OP when I was a kid.

My dad got my brother and I .22s when we were right about the same age too. Good piece of parenting.

Dude!
That's cool,

I got a Remington 870 12 Ga from Claus when I was that age.

Brings back memories.

No, jerkoff, she didn't. The gun used in the massacre was her gun, which she failed to secure from her son with a personality disorder.

Oh, my bad. She just wrote a check for her son to buy a pistol for X-mas. So he was going to get one, and that is part of the giving Christmas spirit.
