Nicely done Rob. You don’t even look like the same person.

if I may suggest- buy yourself a Fitbit and ensure you take a step for every word you posted the previous day on MLP posted 15,000 words on MLP yesterday? 15,000 step minimum today.

The ship I’m going back to is the same one where I gained 25lbs last year because of crap food and crap food decisions.
It’s at the dock tomorrow and I leave the 4 star hotel room that’s the size of half an entire deck to a tiny room where I share a bathroom with the guy next door.
Hopefully I can stay away from the grilled cheese sandwiches at 2am.

I am somewhat overweight...240lbs now (6 ft)

I walk at least one hour/day and only sort of watch my food. I’ve watched my body change over the last 4 months. When I started walking, my knees hurt and my ankles hurt but I kept going.

My weight has barely moved and I don’t even care. I feel way better and I have more energy than I did.

For me, it’s waaaaay less about the scale than how I look and feel.
240 ain't bad. Unless you're Canadian. 240lbs. US = 679lbs CDN. :)

Robert

That is something man.

You haven't really mentioned this but you must feel an incredible sense of accomplishment and pride in doing what you did.
No easy feat.

A sort of "if I want to do, it can happen" thing which is so good for the mind.

Reminds me of when I quit smoking.
It was time..........and I just did it.

Congratulations Brother.

On a good day I can’t stay away from grill cheese sandwiches. Add bacon and I’m in a good crack house,
