I got this a few months ago as I've been needing lighter and lower end beater guitars for the stage. I was pretty skeptical on this one when I went to pick it up from someone off Marketplace, but it was pretty awesome. On the heavier end of being light and felt pretty comfortable. The only thing that really didn't hold up was the real hard edge on the fretboard when it comes to playiing. Round that shit off and spend the extra 2 mins doing it! I got a flight case for it, ripped the 490t out of it and put a 498t in there and it honks pretty good now!

Very nice. They are decent guitars and I had a 2020 version with sharp fret ends too. It wasn’t a huge deal, just annoying to me for a guitar at that price.

I have a 2021 model and same problem with sharp frets, but I solved the the problem myself. Great guitar but I think Gibson should take care of these issues. I bought a PRS SE for my son and everything is perfect. Night and day! PRS SE , NOT AMERICAN MADE.
But I prefer to play my les paul....
