Mike Poole apreciation thread

Some of you may know Mike, some may not. AKA captainbraindamage

Recently, Mike has been through some thing that no man should ever have to go through.

Some of you may have seen the thread about his daughter.

This thread however, is not about that, but rather the man himself.

He has sent many of us music from his vast collection of rare unreleased concerts.

I have been one of these recipients and have never publicly thanked him for this.

He has to my knowledge never charged anyone, and always has shipped on his own dime.

I would like to say in my dealings with Mike, he is a fine example of a stand up guy, something we could use more of in this fucked up world.

Well said, Roman. I've had more than a few dealings swapping music with him in the past. Mike is a great guy. I know for a fact he's a Rory Gallagher fan, too, which places him a notch above the rest in my book.
