I know a few MIJ PAF style copies such as Dry, KTR and VH1. But how about high output humbuckers? For example, is Maxon U3000 with ceramic magnet almost same hot as American counterparts... let's say 500T or Invader? Or is it just a medium output pickup? After all, what's the hottest MIJ humbucker so far? Thank you.

There definitely are some.

The hottest ones I've personally had in any of my MIJ guitars are the bridge humbuckers from the Bacchus Classic Series. They read around 13k ohm.

Whatever the pickup that came in the bridge of my eg 500 is. That’s a pretty ripping pickup. I don’t know about high output, but it’s aggressive sounding with a lot of bite. I’ll grab pics in a bit, I’ve never identified it.

Also the FGN alnico 8 pickups are definitely hot. Those could be worth looking at too.

Plenty of Super Distortion copies.. e.g. Ibanez V2 and whatever they called the pickup in the PS model.

I had some in my 80s MIJ BC rich as well as my Ibanez. Gotoh, Maxon, idr ,but same pickups.
