Not exactly as the reviews.
A bit bright. A lot growly than I expected.
None the less, heyll yeah it's a nice medium powered blues amp.

yes. put a 12AT7 in V1
then realized it came with 5881s so put in a new set of TAD 6L6 STR i had laying around as spares.
much better now

Carr amps are absolutely amazing. I like my Mercury and Mercury V stock. Changing the Raleigh's speaker madea huge difference. Sounds like you had the same experience changing tubes
