Or because Canadian politics doesn't have the same vitriol as US politics. It can often be discussed in a sane fashion. Unfortunately that is changing though.

Whatever you feel about any politician, if you need to have a "Fuck [Politician]" sticker on the back of your truck I think that's a pretty poor reflection on you, not the politician.
