Maestro Tremolo unit on a Greco LP?

Hi everybody!
I'm probably purchasing a '78 Greco Les Paul Custom tomorrow, and I'm wondering is it possible to mount a Maestro Tremolo unit on it?

I guess it should fit... could come into some trouble though, because it aint a flat top and such..

That's what I thought about, but maybe it's possible to bend it a bit?

Meh, wouldn't count on it, go with a bigsby maybe?

i put a maestro on an SG, and it was ok, but they are flat as hell. putting one on an archtop guitar would be an exercise in futility. you have to look at why they didn't make an archtop retrofit after the SG version... 'cos it was pointless!
