Shows some signs of love from the previous owner but the tone is just glorious. This one is only 8.5 lbs despite being non-chambered and has a fat 50s neck to die for. Such a resonant guitar I feel like I'm holding a fish that wants to jump out of my laps while playing.

Awesome guitar. The black knobs and black pickup rings are really cool, also no pickgaurd is a good choice.

Great score!
I'd put black reflectors on it but that's just me.
Happy ngd!

Not sure what it is, but sometimes you can tell a guitar is awesome from just a couple of photos. That one is awesome. Congrats.

And since everyone has an opinion, man that thing would be the tits with a 5-ply LP Custom pickguard.

In all the years on MLP, with all the ways people have described guitars…. That one is a first!

Great guitar. Chrome/Nickle/silver hardware on black Customs is the best. Don’t let anyone tell you different.
Ah yes, a preverbal “tone boner”!

I normally do not like ebony finishes.
Depending on guitar, I agree. I like black strats. My Les pauls are cherry red stained wood and cherry sunburst, which I love despite some calling it clown burst.
