is it possible to achieve 50's style wiring on a 2 pup guitar that has 1 vol 1 tone and a 3-way switch?

sweet, thankyou. I am putting vintage style PAFs in PRS se, and I am flip-flopping back and forth(while waiting for the pups) between wiring it as original or the 50's style. I guess eventually I'll have to try both and see which is better in this guitar..
However, looking closer, I dont understand why the center output of the 3-way does not go back to the volume pot...it looks like the pups are isolated from the pots completely, so I dont understand how it works. Am I missing something? DOH..not to worry, I had my coffee and realized how the 3 way switch in the diagram works. On mine, the ground is where the output is ....

Dang! All those pictures went away in post #1, onehippie!!

Is there any way that could be fixed?

I just got a 2011 Epi '61 Spl w/ p90s I'd like to rewire, so this thread is a great resource— thank you!!
