No I mean the white binding is not a flush with the body.You don't mind?, do you?.This guitar is so perfect, I couldn't resist to mention to you about it.

oh, oh, now i understand and yes, you are correct, the binding is not flush with the sides of the body.

someday i will get around to doing that. right now i've just enjoyed playing her and showing her off to friends.

btw, i did buy the correct bit for this stewmac binding so when i build again i won't have that issue.

73custom, you do not need to buy expensive stuff from SM. I'm using the same 0.5" trim bit and I realized that the 3/8 bearing doesn't work for, so I have ordered online 5/16" bearing for 3/16" shaft which give me .09" , and I paid $4 for the bearing.

My new house I am building should provide me a small shop again...

I remember see this thread a few years ago with all the photos. This was going to be the thread I came to when I was ready to try to build. It's to bad that all the photos are no longer here.
